Looking for a new tattoo. Perhaps I'll have my tattoo guy, John Biswell on Exchange St, wing it and ink whatever he wants within the Sailor Jerry realm. Usually I get tattoos that are unique to me but with John I just let him do his thing. I trust him. Which is more than I can say for most people.
For me it's not the art that inspires me but the adrenaline rush I get as the needle pounds into my flesh. It's a high. And since I'm drug-free it's the only way I can feel this.
Let's see if I can name all the tattoo places in Portland's peninsula:
John (of course), Sanctuary, Tsunami, Just Good Tattoos, Utopia, Pins & Needles, um.... what's that one on Congress St called? Hallow Ground?, and Blndsght.
